“We booked this trip very last minute. Hubert our driver picked us up on time and even managed to get us in earlier than our scheduled slot which helped us out massively as we were on a tight time schedule due to flying home later on in the day. The tour was brilliant, vey informative and interesting. I would highly recommend this tour especially with the private transfer as this made the trip seamless. Thank you very much to Hubert and his team for arranging this trip so last minute and making it a great experience for us! We will be recommending this option to our friends and family.”

“In our opinion it was a humbling but very important experience to have been part of. We were all pleased that we had done this tour. Our driver to and from, Sebastian, was very good as was our guide at Auschwitz, he was superb; sadly cannot recall his name (08:50 English speaking tour on Sunday 5th October) There is just one criticism in that between Viator and the tour company used, they really should clarify an exact time for pick up, and not just a few hours before the tour, as our booking told us 07:30 but Sebastian had it as 07:05. “Lots of steps, but mainly going down. There is a lift to get back to the top. It was amazing, The statues and even the crystals on the chandeliers were carved by miners from rock salt.”
Visit Auschwitz-Birkenau and Wieliczka Salt Mine in one long day from Krakow, with private transport, museum guides, and hotel pickup.
“We booked the tour with private transport although we realised that we’d have a shared guide in both the salt mines and Auschwitz. What we weren’t told was that we would be joining a group travelling by coach, so any benefit of having private transport was negated by having to wait at both sites for the coach to arrive which was well over an hour in Auschwitz. The guided tours themselves were good but these were standard tours by museum employees that could be booked direct. Both sites are easily accessible by public transport from Krakow so I’d save yourself some money and do that.”

“It was well organised. The afternoon tour of Krakow was a good break from the morning's emotional tour of Auschwitz. Magda my tour guide in Krakow was fenomal. “It was simply amazing. Bartek is punctual, precise, kind, sociable, attentive. The best driver and guide you can have from many different point of view. Not to say how beautiful the Salt mine is: this is an experience you want to have at least once in a lifetime.”
