“To begin with, the pickup location and time were arranged a couple of days before and the team was really consistent and well organised. Magdalene was really sweet and kind and as we arrived to Auschwitz we were given all the information needed for both complying to the guidelines and also how we are going to divide into groups so it’s a more efficient experience. We had Kamil as our guide and we felt that he loves his job. While keeping us informed with the basics, his way of guidance, voice tone, etc helped us to comprehend better the reality of the place and feel more the atrocities taken place…”

“We went with Hello Crakow who were great at communication before the trip and throughout. The coach was on time for pick up and our guide was well informed and factually accurate. The visit itself was very eerie and sometimes hard to endure as the subject matter is overwhelmingly sad. I would recommend doing this trip once in your life as the world needs to remember to prevent it happening again”

“Our trip was truly beautiful and visiting Auschwitz was a unique and unforgettable experience. The tour office contacted us the day before to confirm the exact time and provide all the necessary information. The driver who picked us up was extremely polite. Adriana's advice and the information she shared were very helpful and greatly enriched our self guided tour. Overall, everything was very well organized. A practical review of Krakow’s Auschwitz-Birkenau day trip, covering transport, timing, self-guided visits, costs, and what to expect.
“It was very easy to find the transport as the company had communicated in advance the pick up location and licence plate. The journey was around 1hr 40 to Auschwitz I where we collected our tickets. The queue for tickets took around 1hr 30. Our lovely guide then gave us all maps and an online qr code to a full description of both camps which was very informative. We were then taken to a local…”
