“DO NOT Book this trip. It was absolutely awful. Received message day before trip we had to get picked up at 4:00AM. We arrived at 5:30. Tour company had not bought tickets!!!! Then we waited in line (about 300 people)…ticket office didn’t open until 7:30. By the time we got to ticket office first time available was 1:00 PM!! Tour was great but tour company is horrible. Many people that had booked tours walked right in while we waited.”
