“Kamil our driver was exceptional. There was some confusion with some new headsets at Auschwitz which meant we had to go 4 hours earlier to get tickets, this was out of the control of GYGuide. He was prompt with time, extremely empathetic about the earlier start and made the journey very comfortable. Because we had to hand over passports upon arriving at Auschwitz which is a bit unnerving, Kamil made sure to fully communicate. Along the tour I saw some entitled guides and drivers and he was nothing like them. I would recommend having Zloty to tip the driver. He made the trip a little easier given the circumstances. Also…”
